One Wells Fargo Center, Charlotte, NC

Parking Rules & Regulations

The following is a brief overview of the One Wells Fargo Center Garage Rules. A complete set of Parking Rules and Regulations is issued to each monthly parker at the time of registration, describing the terms and conditions of the parking contract. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in termination of parking rights.

  1. Any vehicle driven by a contract parker must be registered with Childress Klein Parking. Our staff will place a sticker on each vehicle for identification and control. If a vehicle is parked in a contract area and does not have a monthly parking sticker, an information request form will be left on the windshield. Parkers not responding to the request may be subject to towing.

  2. Contract parkers must park in their designated areas only. If for some reason spaces are unavailable, please drive up to the cashier's booth on Level D and ask for assistance.

  3. Follow directional arrows throughout the garage. Anyone observed driving the wrong way will be given a written warning or may have their parking account terminated. The speed limit is 5 mph in the garage. Anyone observed driving at an excessive speed will be given a written warning or may have their parking account terminated.

  4. Unauthorized parking is not allowed in reserved spaces or in no parking zones. Vehicles may be towed without warning. Always park front-first in a parking space; do not back in. Security must be able to see license tag numbers and identification stickers at all times.

  5. All vehicles must be parked in one space only.

  6. Any accident occurring inside the garage that involves damage to vehicles should be reported to the Charlotte Police Department and Building Security 704-342-9025. Any accidents involving personal injury should also be reported to the Parking Coordinator at 704-342-9030.

Any parkers receiving three or more violations will be subject to towing or termination without further warning. Violations are given for back-in parking, wrong level parking, using two spaces, parking in a reserved or no parking space or driving the wrong way.

Contract parkers may not park in the visitor area (red areas) at any time without prior authorization from parking personnel. Violators may have their parking privileges terminated.
